The fluorimetry/fluorescence spectroscopy is a valid official tool in monographs for assay of numerous therapeutic molecules such as Desipramine, Aminacrine, Chloroquine, Isoniazid, Imipramine, Thiamine, Nicotinamide, Diphenylhydantoin Proflavine, Quinine, Ergometrine, Indomethacin, Morphine etc.
