Gynecological cancers pose significant challenges in healthcare, requiring multidisciplinary approaches for effective diagnosis and treatment. This comprehensive review explores the current landscape of gynecological cancer care, focusing on ovarian, cervical, endometrial, vulvar, and vaginal cancers. By examining recent advancements in diagnostic modalities, surgical techniques, systemic therapies, and supportive care interventions, this paper aims to provide insights into the evolving strategies for managing gynecological cancers.
