Cardiac rehabilitation programs play a crucial role in the recovery and long-term management of patients who have experienced a Myocardial Infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack. These comprehensive programs are designed to improve cardiovascular health through a combination of structured exercise, lifestyle modifications, and psychological support. The significance of cardiac rehabilitation extends beyond immediate recovery, with substantial evidence indicating its impact on reducing mortality and enhancing overall quality of life in post-MI patients.
