Let’s delve into the fascinating world of Earth sciences and explore how these disciplines contribute to our understanding of the world we inhabit. Geology is fundamental to Earth sciences, focusing on the study of rocks, minerals, and the processes that shape the Earth’s crust.
Geologists investigate the formation of mountains, continents, and oceans over millions of years through processes such as plate tectonics, volcanic activity, and erosion.
