The impact of HIV on PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) results is a critical area of study in cardiovascular medicine, given the unique challenges posed by the intersection of HIV and cardiovascular disease. A systematic review and meta-analysis investigating this impact reveal significant insights into how HIV influences PCI outcomes, providing a comprehensive understanding of the risks and implications for patient management. HIV-positive patients undergoing PCI face a unique set of challenges compared to their HIV-negative counterparts.
