Abstract

Marked increase in the cardiac area with accentuation of the first arc of the left mediastinum. Severe pulmonary hypertension secondary to chronic venous thrombo-embolism. The patient was hospitalized for worsening of dyspnea after minor efforts. On admission, he was taking oral anticoagulation therapy and treatment with bosentan.
