Davide Zanchi MSc. is a neuroscientist and doctoral researcher at the Department of Psychiatry, University of Basel. He graduated in psychology from the Catholic University of Milan, Italy and further graduated in neuroscience at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Currently, he is a doctoral researcher in clinical research at the University of Basel. He leads several academic collaborations with national and international research groups in the domain of neuroscience. In addition, Mr. Zanchi reviews for a number of leading journals in radiology, brain and behavioral sciences, as well as neuropsychiatry. His research interests include structural and functional neuroimaging, pharmacological neuroimaging methods, the brain-gut interaction, neurocognitive and genetic mechanisms in dementia, and the neurofunctional mechanisms of sport.
