Dr. Matthias Dose

Prof.Dr.med. Matthias Dose has received his MD at the Technical University of Munich/Germany (TUM). He has been a research fellow and senior researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute of Psychiatry/Munich 1980-1989. Having successfully completed his work as medical director of kbo-Klinikum Taufkirchen (Vils) from 1993 -2014 he is currently working as a senior consultant for Autism-Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Huntingtons Disease (HD) for kbo (Kommunalunternehmen Kliniken des Bezirk Oberbayern) and is a member of the Faculty of Medicine at TUM. His research has included clinical studies on psychotropic effects of anticonvulsants, movement disorders, relapse prevention in schizophrenia, HD and ASD. Based on this research and fellowship training he is a member of the scientific advisory boards of Deutsche Huntington-Hilfe e.V. and Autismus Deutschland and acknowledged supervisor for PTSD of the Bayerische LandesÃ
