Ph.D in Biotechnology from University of Mysore, Mysore, India in the year 2011 (major part of my research work carried out at Tissue Engineering Laboratory, University Hospital, Freiburg, Germany under DAAD fellowship). Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural from Tamilnadu agricultural university, Coimbatore, India in the year 2002. Research is focused on generation and charachterization of smooth muscle cells and pericytes from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs). I also work on angiogenic and expansion potential of endothelial subsets isolated from human embryonic stem cells (hESCs).
