Dr. Wedding chairs Behavioral Sciences and Neuroscience for the American University of Antigua. Danny previously served as Associate Dean for International Programs at Alliant International University, and he retired from the University of Missouri where he was Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the Missouri Institute of Mental Health (MIMH), a ?think tank? serving the mental health community in Missouri. Danny previously taught for two other medical schools: Marshall University and East Tennessee State University. He has been actively involved with the American Psychological Association, and has served as President of three APA Divisions. Danny has published a dozen books; his most recent books include the 10th edition of Current Psychotherapies and the 4th edition of Movies and Mental Illness. He is the editor of PsycCRITIQUES (APAs journal of book and film reviews) and he edits the Society of Clinical Psychology book series titled Advances in Psychotherapy: Evidence Based Practice.
Research interests are Abnormal psychology, Dating behavior, The portrayal of psychopathology in contemporary films and Psychotherapy.
