Dr. Srihari S is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is board certified in both adult and child & adolescent psychiatry. His research interests include the effects of marijuana on cognition in first episode psychosis, neurobiology of the prodrome and first episode and effects of stimulant misuse and diversion in high school & college students with ADHD. He is the medical director of the Services for Treatment of Early Psychosis (STEP) clinic and the ADHD Across the Lifespan clinic. He is actively engaged in teaching medical students, residents and fellows, working on quality improvement projects and is principal and co-investigator on many grants at UPMC. He is interested in improving the quality of care provided to patients by his research and clinical endeavors.
