Dr. Jih Ming Chyan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Resources Management, Chia Nan University of Pharmacy and Science, Taiwan, ROC. He received his pHD and master degree in Environmental Engineering from National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan, ROC. He had served as the chairman of Department of Environmental Engineering and Science, Dean of Academic Affair, and Secretary in General. He has over 30 scientific publications in reputable international journals and is also a reviewer for 6 scientific journals.
