Lianqing Zhu

Prof. Lianqing Zhu received his B.S and M.S degrees both from Hefei University of Technology in 1982 and 1989, respectively, and received his Ph.D. from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2013. He is now a Ph.D. supervisor and professor of the School of Instruments Science & Optoelectronic Engineering, Beijing Information Science &Technology University, China. He has authored and coauthored over 200 scientific research papers and has applied over 90 Chinese and US patents in his research areas. He has multi-disciplinary research experiences including optical metrology, biomedical detection technology, fiber sensors and lasers, 3D computer vision, error and uncertainty analysis, and flow cytometer measurement and control system. He is the director of Beijing Engineering Research Center of Photoelectric Information and Instruments, a council member of Chinese Society for Measurement, an executive member of the council and assistant secretary general at Mechanical Quantity Measurement Instrument Federation of China Instrument and Control Society.
