Currently, I work as an assistant researcher in the State Key Laboratory of Natural Medicines, Key lab of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics in China Pharmaceutical University. As an extension of my Ph.D work, I am currently making a deep research into the following fields: Crosstalk between endogenous molecules metabolism and immune-regulation: focus on the research of endogenous substances metabolic regulation mechanism, including bile acids, short chain fatty acids, lipids, and the research of mechanisms underlying endogenous metabolites involved in immune regulation in pathogenesis of enterohepatic diseases, cardiovascular and septic shock. Immune regulation mechanisms of Natural Medicines: focus on the research of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs) in treatment of inflammatory enterohepatic diseases, cardiovascular and septic shock, in the base of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies, to explore the bioactive substances of TCMs contributes to immune-regulation and pharmacological activity.
