Mingzhou Guo received his M.D. Degree from Henan Medical University in 1986, he received his Master Degree of Medical Science from Henan Medical University in 1992, he received his Ph.D. degree from Tongji Medical University in 1995. He received his postdoc training in Johns Hopkins Oncology Center from 1999 to 2007. He was mainly focused on DNA methylation in human cancer, including pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, colonic cancer, hepatic cancer and breast cancer. He was assigned as a faculty from 2007 to 2008 at Johns Hopkins Oncology Center. From 2008 to present, He was assigned as professor at the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Chinese PLA General Hospital, Beijing China.
My research interests are cancer the mechanism of cancer development, early detection, targeting therapy, cancer epigenetics and long non-coding. My prevouus studies were mainly included pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, colonic cancer, hepatic cancer and breast cancer.
