My current research focus is on application of statistical methods and economic evaluation methods in early cancer diagnosis in primary care, and monitoring patients with heart failure in primary and secondary care. Before joining the University of Bristol, I worked as research fellow in the Sarcoma Optimum Follow-up Investigation (SOFI) study at University of Birmingham. I was an Honorary Teaching Fellow in Health Economics at University of Lincoln and taught economic evaluations in healthcare module in Master of Clinical Research programme at Centre for Clinical and Academic Workforce Innovation (CCAWI). I also worked as technical analyst in the Clinical Guidelines Review Programme at the Centre for Clinical Practice, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
