Scott Graham is a retired Lt Col from the United States Air Force, where he was a B-52 crew member, and then became a leadership and quality improvement trainer, faculty and consultant. Scott earned his Ph.D. in Management from The University of Georgia, and his M.S. in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Scott is currently an Assistant Professor teaching Leadership at The Ohio State University and serves as the Director of The Ohio State University Leadership Academy for Peak Performance. Dr. Graham brings over 30 years of leadership teaching consulting, training, coaching, speaking and research experience to every organizational challenge. His keen ability to identify core issues and develop a useful, meaningful, and embraceable plan to focus energy on those issues makes him unusually gifted. Dr. Graham has served in leadership positions/roles in the military, higher education, nonprofit, and various other industries. He effectively combines ?book smarts? with ?street smarts? to effectively lead people. Scott has been president of the regional chapter of the American Society of Training and Development, and has been invited to present his work at the Association of Leadership Educators and the International Leadership Association. His partial client list includes: Disney World, NCR, OhioHealth, Goodrich, Bahama Breeze, Miami Valley Hospital, AT&T, Cingular Wireless, USAF, Kodak Corporation, US Navy, Mercy Community and Health Partners and UTC Corp.
