Dr. Toru Ouchi has graduated in Medicine (M.D) in 1988 from Osaka University, Japan and completed his Ph.D in 1992 from Osaka University, Japan in Molecular Biology. He has also completed his Postdoc Fellow in 1993-1997 from The Rockefeller University in Molecular Oncology.
