    Mental Health Implications of Covid-19 on Visually Impaired Students in Bangladesh

    This article focuses on the effects of Covid-19 on the mental health status of visually impaired students in higher education in Bangladesh. This paper has been conducted following the case study approach and substantiated them with qualitative interview by following purposive sampling of the majority of the total population. We have been inspired by the interpretivism as we had to consider our samples’ perceptions, behavior and experiences to make out the facts. By analyzing our data thematically, we find that the Covid-19 Pandemic situation had greatly affected the mental health status of visually impaired students due to the challenges of online education and technological difficulties.
