Calorie counting in people with cancer is caused by a variety of causes, starting with both the combustion of the tumour and moving via cachexia to loss of appetite. Additional variables that contribute to pancreatic include diminished appetite with a particular dislike to food as well as the digestive gland's inability to operate correctly in the presence of a tumour with in pancreatic head.
