Environmental Exposures Lead to Premature Age-Related Diseases

The Age-related diseases are diseases that occur with increasing frequency as aging increases. It covers many
kinds of diseases which mostly happen in the elderly, such as the atherosclerosis, arthritis, osteoporosis, type-2
diabetes, stroke, chronic kidney disease, and cardiovascular disease. This paper aims to identify the relationship
between the heavy metals and pesticide in blood and urine with age-related diseases. For arthritis, cardiovascular
disease, stroke, chronic kidney disease, macular disease and atherosclerosis, the National Health and Nutrition
Examination Survey (NHANES) can directly determine who has these specific diseases. However, for Alzheimer’s
and Parkinson’s, these two diseases could not be directly seen through a single variable. The respondents who
